Today, we’re happy to introduce a longtime Conklin Bros. customer. Let’s meet Anna Jacoby! Anna is an interior designer.
Anna says, “I am an interior designer. I’ve had my own company since the year 2000, and I do remodeling and redecorating. I’ve been working with Conklin Bros. for at least 10-12 years and I’ve done many, many projects with all types of materials. It’s always been great!â€
When asked what sets Conklin Bros. apart, Anna said, “I think what sets them apart really for me has been service and the variety of projects. They offer a lot of different price ranges and materials, but honestly, why I keep coming back is the service. The salespeople are very accommodating and easy to work with. They really want to do a good job.â€
Anna discussed her most recent project with us, an entire-house remodel and redecoration involving hardwood floors, carpet over radiant-heat subfloors and tile. “There were just a lot of components to it and a lot of different scheduling that had to happen,†Anna recalls. “Ultimately, everything came out really, really well. The homeowners were very satisfied.â€
We asked Anna what her favorite part of her experience with Conklin Bros. on the remodel was. She told us, “What keeps me coming back is Renee Pearson. She’s super-helpful and goes way above and beyond for me. She’ll bring things to my house, pick up samples, look for things for me…She represents me well with my customers and I really enjoy working with her.â€
